Assertive Fallacies

Sometimes assertion is a good and effective way of persuading people. Demonstrating confidence and removing aggression and passivity is an adult and clear way of stating your case. If, however, you assert something to be true when it is not, then at best you are using an Assertive Fallacy. At worst, you are lying.
